At SIMOVSKA, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and transparency. Please take a moment to review our updated shipping policy, which includes details about our made-to-order process:

Order Processing Time:

All of our outfits are made to order and hand-crafted in our atelier, ensuring each piece is unique just for you. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to make and process your order. Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Once your order is ready, we offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 business days after processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. You can view the total cost at checkout.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by their country.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
